This year we are offering a special opportunity for a small group of vendors to join the retreat! Here are all the details:
You can come for the weekend and take classes OR you can skip the class portion and just chill for the weekend (we will not have spots available for vendors to just vend and not spend the weekend).
Lodging, Meals, and Marketplace space will be included in the cost, which is $650. Classes would add an additional $300.
The Marketplace will be open from 1 to 9 p.m, Thursday, June 20th, greeting the guests as they arrive. This means you need to be at the Izaac Walton Inn by about 10 AM that morning to begin set-up.
Each vendor will have two 8x10 tables. This is a very relaxed event, and we want to keep the marketplace uniform; no need for your own booth set up, big fixtures and all of that!
To help you enjoy your experience even more, we will be providing all of the checkout for the market place. Everyone will have specific codes and you will get a check at the end of the evening.
We will choose vendors by December 1st, and half of the payment is due by December 15th, with the remainder paid by Feb 15.
