The Birch Creek Shaw has been lovingly donated to our nonprofit, Sisters United by Rachael Reese of September Knits.

Knit with 2 colors of Recollect, this piece is very easy to make and wear, a goal of September Knits. The stitch pattern gives enough interest to keep going, but also repetitive enough to do while watching a show or listening to an audio book. This larger shawl version of the Birch  Creek Bandana is worn folded in half (as a  triangle) and easily wrapped around the  shoulders. The two-color brioche and garter stitch makes for a squishy reversible fabric.

6 Skeins Recollect, Pretty Shield (red with pink undertones, less bright than shown in picture of skeins)
