Sock Knitting Skill Builder - Afterthought Heel for Toe Up or Cuff Down Socks

Description: Let's learn how to make those cute, trendy socks with contrast color heels, toes and cuffs! Easy peasy!! 

What You Will Learn: Construction of the Afterthought Heel and the Kitchener Stitch 

Skills Required: Have made either toe up or top down socks before; knit, purl, increasing, decreasing, knitting in the round. 

Materials Needed: Your socks, locking stitch markers, tapestry needle, scissors, small notebook for note taking---your normal knitting accessories kit; PRE-CLASS WORK is to knit your favorite sock, either toe up or top down. We will send out an instruction sheet for the preferred sock construction.

• In the event that you need to cancel, you must provide us with notice 48 hours in advance to receive a refund or store credit.
• No shows will forfeit the class fee, without a refund or credit.
• Please arrive to class on time. Supplies, including book or pattern, must be purchased prior to class date. Especially if you need to have your yarn wound.
• Come prepared! We want to make the most of our classroom time.
