Shipping policy

We ship Monday through Friday. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to process, and up to 10 days if we need to re-dye a matching batch of yarn for your order.
Shipping times are dependent on the shipping method you choose and your location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
