Description

Käpyis a combination of a shawl and cardigan, with generous positive ease and a very loose fit. The wide, overlapping fronts have no closure. The cardigan begins with a long lace panel worked sideways after which stitches are picked for the striped part of the body along the long edge. Lastly, the sleeves are worked in the round from the top down.

Designer’s sample was knit out of Soka'pii in Natural and Eagle Eye

Recommended Needle Size: US 2 / 2.75 mm 32” / 80 cm circular needles and US 4 / 3.5 mm 32” / 80 cm circular needles and DPNs for sleeves in each size if not using magic loop method for short circumference knitting, or size needed to obtain the gauge.
