As part of our special Gathering Seasons ~ 🍂 Harvest Collection for A Woolen Affair, the Agnes Cardi is one of four special designs that celebrates the people, traditions, and stories we carry with us through the seasons.
In stock kits are ready to ship. All Pre-orders placed prior to 10/27 are scheduled to ship in late November to early December.
The Agnes Cardigan designed by Natascha Tulloch, was inspired by her grandmother, Agnes, an expert in wildflowers who was rarely seen without her signature red cardigan layered over a collared shirt. That timeless image lives on in this sweater, a classic button-front cardigan with thoughtful details, beautiful texture, and a polished collar that feels equally at home on a woodland walk or a crisp autumn day in Rhinebeck.
Knit with our beautiful Pishkun - 100% Montana and Wyoming Rambouillet, 255 yds per 3.5 oz/100 g skein, held together with our magical Mighty Mo - 70% Kid Mohair, 30% Silk, 459 yds/ 50g per skein for a fabric that is soft, lofty, and full of depth. The combination creates incredible stitch definition while adding a delicate halo that highlights the cardigan's rich texture, classic silhouette, and timeless details. Cozy without feeling heavy, it's the perfect pairing for a sweater you'll reach for season after season.
