The Yarn
To celebrate There There and Tommy Orange we went a little more literal with the colorway and created this lovely rich orange. The yarn itself is incredibly unique as it is a hemp based yarn.
These skeins are Joshua II Merino/ Hemp Bulky 80% Merino wool & 20% Hemp Non-Superwash. Coming out to 195yds/ 4oz. We think the texture and feel of this yarn truly reflects the the inmitable storytelling of Tommy Orange.
We think this yarn would be the best accessory yarn and you could do something simple like this French Market Bag by Petite Knit or this Maker Market Tote by Salena Baca. If you really want to get fun with it though, the Emotional Support Chicken by Annette Corsino is our top pick for this incredibly unique skein.
With every month in the Indigenous Collective you can order more of the colorway in the listing below. Please know the preorder will end July 1st and ship mid July.

There There is an excellent read. I highly recommend it!
I love this yarn and love his books! The texture and color is so rich and vibrant that I’d like to knit a hat for myself to proudly displayed.
