Beanie Brigade is monthly yarn subscription celebrating the art of hat making in all its forms - from beanies to balaclavas! You will receive a free welcome gift when you sign up for Beanie Brigade.
First Delivery Starts March of 2025
The Yarn
- Each month you will get at least 100g of Sport, DK, Worsted, Aran OR Bulky Weight yarn.

We will rotate every other month between Superwash and Non Superwash yarns. Some yarns will be regular FDF bases along with featuring new exclusive bases just for Beanie Brigade.
- All yarns will consist of either 100% wool or a wool blend.
- Colors will be inspired by the featured design, rotating between cool and warm colors each month, the best we can. You will find mostly dynamic tonals but we will throw in a speckle or variegated once in a while.
The Patterns
- Each month we will feature a knitting design for that months yarn.
- Designers have graciously provided a discount code for the featured pattern. You will receive this code with your package each month.
- You can get to know the designers better with a feature on the Beanie Brigade Blog.
- The pattern is not included as we want to keep costs low as possible.
Billing
- Beanie Brigade is $30.00 each month for 100g of wool yarn.
- There is a 3 month commitment to Beanie Brigade before cancelling or skipping.
- Beanie Brigade is charged on the 10th of each month and will ship out the first full week of the following month.
