As the dark skies of Montana winter were dragging into February, Alex had felt an itch to knit a spring/summer top in the hopes it would manifest spring weather into coming sooner than later. When putting together her colors for her Sea Glass Tee by Wool & Pine, she was inspired by a video she'd seen about unified color palettes - a concept typically found in paintings where you make a cohesive color palette by mixing in just a tiny bit of a single color into all of the paints in the palette. Alex was inspired by a unified palette with just a little bit of orange mixed into every color and she used this same concept to create 20 entirely unique and one of a kind kits to share with you all. The Sea Glass Tee is the perfect round yoke tee, perfect for the spring days ahead!
Each skein is apart of our one of a kind skeins. These skeins could have been trials for new colors, tests for new dyes, or one of our core colors that turned out a little different. Each skein is deeply unique and showcases our dedication to color perfection and experimentation.
Each kit includes some mixture of all of our superwash sock bases. You might get any of the following - Squish Fingering, Pintler Sock, Highwood Sock, Bighorn Sock, Elkhorn Sock, and Bear Paw Sock.
Each kit includes 6 skeins of sock/fingering weight yarn and makes any size of the Sea Glass Tee by Wool & Pine but these kits would also be suitable for the Extra Lite Bright Tee by Wool & Pine.
